18 Days in Paradise!

This view of my morning coffee is about to change!  I can not wait to be sipping on the balcony overlooking the ocean under a blue sunny sky :)

Today I did some searching back through all the pictures on my computer to find out what year we first went to PV and how many trips we have made, I am not good at remembering these things.
First trip was in April 2006, Cole went with us during Spring Break with Casa Isabel being our first place to stay where we immediately fell in love with Isabel, her  staff, the Casa, and PV, we stayed there for 5 different visits.  Total trips came in at 12, staying at Plaza Mar once, Casa Dulce Vita once, Villa Blanca once, Andales on the Bay once, and a couple of short stays at Suites Nadia while waiting for the condo to be available, we will return to Villa Olivia this trip which will be our 4th stay there and I have January 2019 booked and deposit sent!  Can you tell we just love it there :)

We had originally booked 1 month but with the news of our first grandchild arriving around January 1 we changed our arrival date.  We did not want to miss this special once in a lifetime event! Which brings up the fact that we are having a bit of a hard time leaving this adorable bundle of love for 18 days! We will now join the ranks of the other guests at Villa Olivia who we see face timing with their grandchildren in the main kitchen/lobby area where the best WIFI is :)

We are excited that we have our great friends joining us for 1 week! And hoping to meet up with my nephew while he is vacationing there too! Also looking forward to seeing the other repeat Villa guest and our host Denise.

Suitcases are packed to the gills stuffed into one large bag and one carry on, which was a small feat given all the supplies I take (coffee, peanut butter, saran wrap, paper towels, ect). This year I am finally going to leave some cooking supplies, Swimray floats, beach towels, and a crockpot that I plan to buy in storage at Villa Olivia, a very nice service they provide for repeat guests.  Hopefully this will provide us enough room to bring home whatever we purchase, like some paintings :)

With everything packed I think about the only thing we have left to do is make that tough decision of where to have our dinner and a margarita after we arrive tomorrow! So many great choices!

Life is good :)
