Valentine's Day, Day 7

What a fun day we had today, since it was a holiday of sorts I suggested we skip the morning run and go to Cafe de Olla for breakfast! After breakfast we went to the Saturday farmers market.  Bought some artisan bread to have with dinner, some strawberries, a mini pie,  a couple of gifts, and for me ...... A new ring from the lovely Chantel!  Always such fun to see Chantel :) (for those who don't know, we know her from Wilbur, she lives in PV full time)
Then off to the fish market for fresh snapper to cook for our valentines dinner, and to Xodiva for a few chocolates since it is Valentines Day!  On our way back to our "home" I run into a familiar face from Spokane!  Carol, a former teacher at Jefferson, where the boys went and I worked!  What a fun surprise!  She is staying right across the street from us, small world!
After assisting Dave with some business to try and straighten out once again a compromised debit card.... Way too long of a story, we headed to the beach for a late lunch, some people are really into the valentine spirit here, lots of decorated umbrellas and tables on the beach.  As I was walking on the beach I hear someone yell  my name, it was Shirley and her husband Harry, they just moved from our place to the Tropicana for 10 days then they will return here.  They could not get their whole vacation at Villa Olivia so had to do some creative lodging.
Back to "home" for a swim, wine and sunset viewing, then made a lovely dinner of Veracruz snapper, rice and veggie stir fry of carrot, onion and chiote, and for dessert a mini pie we purchased at the market from the pie man.
After dinner we went to Nacho Daddies, Sylivie who lead our hike the other day was playing there with her group, The Zippers, such fun!!!! They are great! We hugged Sylvie and danced and danced and sang and just had the best time!  Now off to bed early morning for th zip line :)
I love  PV!!!!!!!!!!
