Day 14

Lovely morning for a run, watched a dolphin play from our balcony, he was really putting on a good show, such fun!  Then off to the Saturday Market.  Got a yummy and HUGE orange cinnamon roll, fresh ground peanut butter, a mini ginger peach crumb pie and a couple of hand made wool chickens.
On our way home we stopped to tour the V177 condos that are for sale and just down the block from us.  We passed this place a million times last year during its construction.  Saw 5 units priced from 199,990 to 418,990. The monthly HOA is between 450 to 550.00 a month, square feet  from 537 to 1073. There are 47 units in the building all are sold except for 7. Really no ocean views from the available units. I think renting is still the best option!!!

Maybe this is more affordable, bet there is no monthly HOA!
Had lunch at a charming family run restaurant, San Lucas, free tequila shots for desert!

Walked around the neighborhoods then headed to Leys grocery store.
The people who bag groceries are not paid by the store, they make money from tips, common practice is to hand them your left over change for their service of bagging your items.
Daves new wife :)
Dinner at No Way Joses.  I finally had Chiles en Nagada, a traditional dish of meat stuffed poblano peppers with a almond cream sauce, very rich!! Once was enough!
Beautiful end to a beautiful day :)
