Our final cruise stop was Quebec, we had an overnight here so was like having a hotel room for the night on the ship, I had booked a hotel for another night to give us 2 nights here.
The ship sailed up the St Lawrence River for a few hours before arriving at Quebec, it was very lovely. The trees were barely starting to turn color in places. The journey up the St Lawrence reminded us of cruising out of the Mississippi when we sailed from New Orleans.
We passed very closely by another ship as the water way isn't very wide.
Quebec was very charming and very French, we just wandered around the streets and went around the Citadel.
We took our picture in front of the most photographed hotel Chateau Frontenac, great views from here.
After a coffee break in a charming courtyard we took an hour bus tour on top of a double decker bus.
We walked around some more, so charming.
Then found the hotel that we will be checking into tomorrow morning. Our room was on the third floor above a pub, it was actually quiet and a great location walking distance to the ship and in the Old Port area.
Last evening on the ship, happy hour followed by another dinner in the Pinnacle Grill.
